Right of withdrawal for EU consumers

 

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after you receive the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, send a clear statement of your decision to globusgoods.company@gmail.com within that period. Please include your order details so we can identify your purchase.

 

Returning the goods

 

After notifying us of your withdrawal, send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising your right of withdrawal.

Refunds

 

We will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery where applicable, within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide proof that you have sent them, whichever occurs first. Any extra cost for choosing a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery is not refundable.

 

Faulty or non-conforming goods

 

Your statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods are separate from your right of withdrawal and remain unaffected. Contact us at globusgoods.company@gmail.com if you have a problem with your order.
